What's Waiting for You After Login

Everything in your ws999 account picks up exactly where you left off the moment you log in.

Your PKR Wallet Balance

Your PKR wallet balance is displayed the moment you log in to ws999. Any pending deposits from JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer that completed while you were away will already be reflected. From the wallet screen you can go directly into any section of the platform — Cricket Betting, Casino, Bingo or the Live Casino — and your balance follows you everywhere. Withdrawals can also be initiated directly from the wallet dashboard.

Live Cricket Betting Markets

If there is a Cricket match on — PSL, T20 international, a One Day series — the in-play betting market will be live and updated the moment you log in. ws999 in-play Cricket odds refresh in real time, and you can bet on the match result, individual overs, wickets and many other market types depending on the game. There are also pre-match markets available well before the toss, so you can plan your bets in advance after logging in.

VIP Points and Tier Status

Your ws999 VIP dashboard is updated after every PKR bet you place. Log in to check your current tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond — and see how many points you need to reach the next level. Higher tiers come with better reload bonuses, improved withdrawal limits and priority processing. The VIP section also shows any tier-specific bonuses that are currently available and ready to claim on your account.

Live Casino – Join a Table

ws999 Live Casino runs 24 hours a day. After login, head straight to the Live Casino section and you will find real dealer tables for Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti and game show formats. Tables have different minimum bet sizes in PKR so there are options for all budget levels. Logged-in VIP players at higher tiers also have access to dedicated VIP tables with higher limits and a more private playing environment.

Active Bonuses and Promotions

Your promotions dashboard shows every active bonus on your ws999 account — current progress on wagering requirements, the expiry date for each offer, and any new promotions that became available since you last logged in. Reload bonuses, cashback offers and special Cricket match promotions during PSL season are visible here. You can also see how close you are to completing the wagering needed to turn bonus funds into withdrawable PKR balance.

Betting History and Account Records

Your full betting history, Casino session records, Bingo participation and transaction log are all accessible after login under Account History. This is useful for tracking your PKR spending over time, reviewing settled bets and monitoring your deposit and withdrawal pattern. For Pakistan players who use Responsible Gaming tools like deposit limits or loss limits, this section also shows your current limit settings and remaining allowances for the current period.

Keeping Your ws999 Login Secure

Your ws999 account holds your PKR balance and your personal information. A few straightforward habits keep it properly secure. This is not about being over-cautious — it is about making sure that no one other than you can access your account or your money.

1

Use a strong, unique password. Your ws999 password should be something you do not use for any other account. A mix of letters, numbers and symbols makes it harder to guess. Avoid using your name, date of birth or mobile number as any part of your password.

2

Do not share your login details with anyone. ws999 support staff will never ask for your password. No legitimate account recovery process requires you to share your password with another person. If someone asks for your ws999 password — including through chat, WhatsApp or SMS — treat it as a scam attempt.

3

Check the URL before entering your credentials. Only log in at ws999.onl. If you find yourself on a site that looks like ws999 but has a different domain name, close it immediately without entering anything and contact support to report it.

4

Log out after each session on shared devices. If you use ws999 on a family phone, shared tablet or a device that others have access to, always log out completely after your session rather than just closing the browser tab.

5

Keep your registered mobile number up to date. Your mobile number is used for OTP verification at login. If your number changes, update it in Account Settings promptly — otherwise you may be locked out during a security check.

🔒

OTP at login: ws999 may send an OTP to your registered mobile number when logging in from a new device or after a period of inactivity. This is a standard security step that protects your account balance. The OTP is time-limited and should never be shared with anyone.

Account Access Help

If something is preventing you from logging in to your ws999 account, here is what to check before contacting support.

Common Login Issues
Wrong password entered

Use the "Forgot password?" option on the login screen. An OTP or reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Your old password cannot be retrieved — it will be replaced with a new one you create.

OTP not arriving

Check that your registered mobile number is active and has signal. Network delays on Telenor, Jazz, Zong and Ufone occasionally cause short delays for OTP messages. Wait up to 2 minutes before requesting a resend. If it still does not arrive, contact ws999 support with your account details.

Account appears suspended

Accounts can be temporarily suspended for security review. This is most common after a login attempt from an unrecognised device or location. Contact ws999 support with your registered mobile number and they will guide you through the account review process.

Cannot remember registered email or number

Contact support at [email protected] with your full name and CNIC number. Support can match this to your registered account details and help you regain access.

Login FAQs

Common login questions from ws999 Pakistan players.

Yes. ws999 accepts both your registered mobile number and your registered email address as the login identifier. Use whichever you registered with and remember more easily. Your Pakistan mobile number (the one that receives your OTP messages) tends to be the quicker option for most players since it is the same number that receives security codes.

Staying logged in on a device that only you use — your personal phone — is generally fine. The ws999 app session is tied to your device and does not expose your password. However, if you share your phone with family members or if your phone is ever lost or stolen, log out of your ws999 account immediately and contact support to suspend activity on the account while you recover access. You can also change your password from another device using the account settings.

ws999 accounts are designed for individual use by a single registered player. Logging in from multiple devices simultaneously — for example, your phone and your laptop at the same time — may trigger a security alert on the account. This is a protection measure to prevent unauthorised access. For normal use, logging in on one device at a time is how most players use the platform and is completely standard.

Contact ws999 support immediately at [email protected] and report the suspected unauthorised access. Support can put a temporary hold on the account while you change your password and verify your identity. In the meantime, if you still have access, change your password immediately through Account Settings. ws999's login history shows recent logins including the device type and approximate location — check this section to confirm which sessions were genuinely yours.

No. Logging out of ws999 does not affect your account balance, active bonuses, placed bets or PKR wallet in any way. All of these are stored server-side on your account, not on your device. When you log back in, everything will be exactly as you left it. If you had a pre-match bet placed before you logged out and the match settled while you were away, your winnings will already be in your wallet balance when you log back in.
